Happy Monday Wee-time!
To all our human friends and dog comrades on this big and awesome Earth-ball, we wish you a good start to this new week-time and fantastically amazing days full of happy thoughts.❤️
Thingies happened last week that prevented my Lassal-human from drawing. So I’m sharing some doggie news, instead.
1. Documenting Doggie Chores
It can be totally frustrating to live with sloppy humans.
This morning, AGAIN, just when I thought I was all ready to go outside, I found that my Lassal-human had “undone” my carefully made bed.
So I had to go back and “do” it all over.
I’m NOT asleep!
I’m just guarding my work and making sure it stays this way.
2. Scientific Doggie Experiments
Sliding off an inclined plane while dozing off.
Question: Will I be asleep before reaching the floor?
Or not?
Totally suspenseful, right?
Potentially earth-shattering. Or at least floor-shattering.
Unfortunately, even after having tried it around twelve times, yesterday, I never seem to remember how the experiment ends.
Will have to do it over once more, today.
I guess that’s part of the joys and sorrows of being a serious doggie scientist.
3. Life Style News: On Embracing my Doggie Heritage
Out and about in full English doggie style: lying on my comfy sheep skin with my Tony-human’s hat in place, and an useless umbrella thingy next to me. Hoping for haggis in my dinner-bowl.
Then, tomorrow morning, I’ll shortly switch over to an apparently lingering whiff of hidden French heritage and look for croissant crumbs on the kitchen floors.
Why do I look so tired, you ask?
I guess it’s because I’ve been proofreading my QUICK WEE and BIG DUMP doggie journals. All 24 versions of them!!!!!!
Back when my Lassal-human had the Long-Ick stuff during the pandemic-times, Flynn and I got her into journaling as she clearly needed a means to unload (= dump) and focus (= wee). She’s been practicing and perfecting it since then, even adding a bunch of my encouraging quotes to keep her motivated.
So now I’m here, re-checking all of my quotes, to see if she got them right.
